- to strengthen the knowledge on challenges of urban development and management faced by city managers
- to develop the academic and professional skills of the individual through related disciplines, principles, concept and other relevant courses
Admission and Entry Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons.) in Science and Technology from any recognised Institution of Higher Learning local or abroad with a CGPA at least 3.00
- Bachelor’s degree (Hons.) in Science and Technology or the Social Science Programme or its equivalent from any recognised Institution of Higher Learning local or abroad with a CGPA at least 3.00; or
- Graduate from Built Environment with minimum CGPA 2.50;
- Graduate from Built Environment with minimum CGPA 2.50; or CGPA 2.00 with five (5) years working experience in the Built Environment Field
- Candidates without a qualification in the related fields and/or relevant working experience with minimum CGPA based on (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) must undergo and pass the prerequisite courses offered by the faculty before enrolling in the program
