THE ORGANIZER AND HOST
The International Postgraduate Conference of Heritage Conservation and Sustainable Management 2024 (IPCHCSM 2024) will be held on 28th February 2024 at the College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Puncak Alam Campus, Selangor, Malaysia by Studies of Postgraduate on Heritage and Conservation Management College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
1. To fulfil the activities and conditions of UiTM's MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the National Heritage Department (JWN).
2. To publish and document the results of conservation studies officially and to present research results sustainably.
3. To provide exposure and experience managing as a conference organizer, especially to postgraduate students and staff.
4. To share experiences and research results in heritage and sustainability management creatively and innovatively.

• Master and PhD students, Studies of Postgraduate, College of Built Environment.
• Postgraduate students and Alumni of the College of Built Environment.
• Postgraduate students from any local and international universities.
• Conservators and researchers from government and industry.

Instruction for Presenters
Thank you for participating in IPCHCSM 2024!
Please read through the instructions as you prepare for the Conference Day.

Before the conference
• Make sure you know which session you are to present.
• If you cannot attend or present virtually before the session, please inform the conference committee.

At the conference
• Arrive at the room of the session at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
• Familiarize yourself with the venue and equipment or the online platform.
• Each session has 1.5 – 2.15 hours and has 6 to 8 presentations. Time allocated to each.
• A presenter session has a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation and Q&A.
• Ensure that you have copied your presentation to the presentation computer/folder earlier and have tested its functionality.

During the session
• Introduce yourself to the audience.
• Make sure you adhere to the time limit.
• Practice politeness throughout the session.

After the session
• All physical session presenters are to get the printed certificate from the session chair, while virtual presenters are to download their certificate via the IPCHCSM 2024 link provided.
• Thank the presenters and the audience for their attention, and take the opportunity to network and join the group photography session.
