The International Postgraduate Conference of Heritage Conservation and Sustainable Management 2024 (IPCHCSM 2024) will be held on 28th February 2024 at the College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Puncak Alam Campus, Selangor, Malaysia. IPCHCSM 2024 is an international conference focusing on heritage conservation and sustainable management in the built environment. The Studies of Postgraduate on Heritage and Conservation Management, College of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam will organise this conference with the theme, ‘Revitalise Historic Structures and Promoting the Sense of Place Through Sustainable Development’. IPCHCSM 2024 provides an opportunity to observe, interact and exchange ideas on the most appropriate ways of heritage conservation and sustainable management of our built environment across universities, research institutions, government, industry and experts from Malaysia and worldwide.

Research, creativity, innovation and revitalisation have helped to enhance conservation and management approaches, particularly in built environment, heritage, nature environment, tourism and management. Conservation and sustainable management are the most critical aspects which should be examined appropriately and accordingly. Being the first conference that focused mainly on heritage conservation and sustainable management, it would help prospective researchers understand, determine, and identify the variety of conservation and sustainable management methods available in the built environment. The organising committees of IPCHCSM 2024 aim to make the conference grow into a renowned avenue and platform for global intellectual discourse.
